Our Staff

Dr. Dana (Lenhart) Tavaniello

Dr. Dana was born and raised outside of Houston in Deer Park, Texas.  She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2001 and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University in 2006.  She then moved to Columbus, Ohio where she completed her pediatric residency training at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in June of 2009. 

Dr. Tavaniello is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatricians and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians, and the American Osteopathic Association.  She has a special interest in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, breastfeeding, as well as preventative medicine.  Dr. Tavaniello attends Potter's House Church of God.  Dr. Tavaniello was recently married and is settling into life with her new husband, two sweet Chihuahuas, Elvira and Coraline, and new cat, Isaiah.   She loves to serve the Lord, both locally in central Ohio as well as around the world and has done mission trips in Honduras, planning to do more in the future.

Annette Shipley, M.A.

Annette was born and raised in London, Ohio.  She has been in the medical field for nearly fifteen years now and has enjoyed getting back into pediatrics.  She has been married to Robert Shipley for more than 25 years. They have 3 grown children Kevin, Brittany and Dalton. She has been blessed with three grandchildren in the last few years with another on the way.  Additionally, she loves to root for her favorite sports team, Michigan, all year long, but especially during football season.

April Duffey

April Duffey is our receptionist and office manager.  She was born and raised in London, Ohio.  She graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Management.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.  She is also the crafting queen.  Ask about her bows, crochet, knitting...she does a little of it all!  She attends church with her family at First United Methodist church in London.
